Ended up here by accident when we meant to go to the bar upstairs but it was perfect for what we were looking for. Great classic drinks. Quiet. Lots of room to sit. No reservations needed. Awesome service. Will definitely go here on purpose, next time.

What a delightful spot. We were drawn in by the Delirium-- but then encountered the most engaging and professional staff. Melody is a treasure. We shall be back.

I've been to this place like almost over 8 years ago and recently came here on a date. We had an amazing waitress. Her name's Melody, and she was attentive and cordial. The food was good. We had the scotch eggs and the wings. My date was hoping we would get the snug room, which is sort of a private dining experience for 5-6 people. Book ahead to get it. After speaking with the waitress and requesting for it. She said she would try to see it and she gave us the room! She's truly amazing! Even though my date didn't work out, I still had an amazing experience here, thanks to the staffs especially the waitress who made my day! So I give 10/10 for the service and I will come here again with my girlfriends. Thank you, Melody, for making my experience here memorable and for being accommodating! And an awesome bartender, too!

A pretty legit British pub in midtown Manhattan. Came here with my squash team after completing at a nearby fancy-smancy club. One of my teammates happen to be British so it got his stamp of approval for the establishment being legit. All of the tables were taken, so we went to the bar, where there was available seating along the wall. We had to order our food and drinks at the bar, but they did bring out the food to serve us. I tried their Old Speckled Hen ($10), which is a legit British beer not owned by AB-Inbev. Since it's very hard to find a place to get this, I had to give it a try. Not bad I must admit. Foodwise, I got the classic Fish & Chips ($29). The filet is pretty decent sized and thick. Could use a bit more tartar sauce. Filling and satisfying.

I have been to the Raines Law Room inside The William on several occasions, and I was excited to try out this more relaxed environment. Our group's reservation placed us in a booth right next to the bar. Although we had some privacy, we had to rely on the bartender to take our orders. Even though the bar was located below the speakeasy, it was just a regular bar with cocktails on the pricey side. I suggest getting the beer and food instead. The salmon burger, regular burger, grilled cheese, and shepherd's pies were all delicious.

My go-to spot when its cold and I am looking for a proper pint and a hearty meal! Try the french onion soup or the shepard's pie. Ambiance makes it feel like you're in London town

You are in for a fun night after you start vibing with the bartenders. I had the pleasure of meeting an Austin who is from Georgia. Austin knows his beers. He had me try the Wild East Temperance. I know good beers but HOLY that is some good Beer. The atmosphere is English pub vibes but with American sports.
